James is a partner in PwC’s Cyber, Privacy and Forensics Practice and is based in Washington, DC. James’ practice is dedicated to helping clients, many of which are pharma companies, to prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from economic crimes including fraud and corruption. James routinely counsels clients regarding the design and enhancement of anti-corruption and anti-fraud programs. He has led many of PwC’s most complex, global fraud investigations and routinely practices on matters involving the SEC, DOJ, UK and Brazilian regulators, among others. James has personally visited more than 60 countries on behalf of his clients.
