Mr. Adams is an Associate Director within CAI’s Program and Project Management business area. Erik has over 29 years’ experience leading and managing teams in complex engineering and operational environments. He is proficient at planning and implementing business solutions and strategies while leading diverse, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams across multiple organizations. His experience with mission critical facilities and systems across several industries have facilitated the development of his forward-thinking, proactive approach to managing project teams while leading and relating to people at all levels of an organization. Projects he has managed have ranged from <$1M to $400M.

Erik has a BS in Applied Nuclear Engineering Technology, an MBA in Project Management, and PMP certification.
