Beth Kroeger is a Technical Services Senior Manager for the Life Sciences Division of STERIS Corporation.  She currently provides global technical support related to contamination investigations, cleaning and process validation and cleanroom environmental control. She frequently speaks on these topics for the Institute of Validation Technology (IVT), United States Pharmacopeia (USP), Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), and International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). Beth has over 25 years industry experience in Biopharmaceutical and Oral Solid Dose manufacturing operations. Her areas of expertise include large-scale Bioprocess systems and downstream purification operations.  Beth has held positions in R&D, Compliance, Cleaning Validation, Operations Management and as the manufacturing lead on a cross-functional team responsible for the scale-up and technical transfer of four Biopharmaceuticals. She is currently on the ISPE task force to draft the New Cleaning Validation Guidelines for Biopharmaceutical Operations. She is an industry expert assisting Cannabis industry in Cleanroom design, operations, and technical issues related to cannabis process cleaning, extraction techniques, and meeting current regulations.
