Alyce has over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device and Gene Therapy industries.  She currently manages IT QA activities at W.L. Gore and has previously led roles such as the IT CSV Director at Seattle Genetics, IT Director of Manufacturing Systems at Juno Therapeutics/Celgene, a CAR-T Cell Therapy Company, as well as Quality, Validation and IT at Pfizer, Biogen and ThermoFisher. She has implemented several solutions to enable paperless validation that has enabled the business to quickly adopt technology solutions. Alyce has also built out several “unified compliance models” at companies to ensure that all regulations are met and has been the lead during multiple agency inspections throughout her career.
